What is being produced in the video is white flaky bread crumbs. This production line can produce bread crumbs in various colors and shapes, just need to adjust the formula and mold. Our company will provide customers with formulas. This production line is equipped with 4 TSE70 bread crumb extruders. The reason why four TSE70 small-capacity extruders are configured instead of one TSE95 large-capacity bread crumb extruder is because four small-capacity extruders can simultaneously produce different colors and shapes of bread crumbs and even different products and can flexibly control output. Of course, configuring a large-capacity breadcrumb extruder also has corresponding advantages, that is, it saves manpower, time, and space in operation.
