A Congolese customer ordered a small-capacity fried snack production line from our company in November last year, which is used to produce fried snacks such as doritos/tortilla chips, bugle snacks, and crispy rice. In about a month or so, the entire production line was completed manufactured and shipped to the customer. Since the customer's factory has been fully prepared, water and electricity and other conditions basically meet the production needs, and one of his friends who is engaged in the machinery industry was invited. Under the guidance of our technical staff, the snack production line took about 10 days to install and debug. This customer did not ask our technicians to come to install and debug because of the help of his friend in related professions.

Usually, after the customer receives the machine, we will send our after-sales engineers to the customer's factory to install and debug the equipment for the customer, and help the customer to train the operators until the customer's workers are proficient in the operation of the entire production line. In the past two years, due to the epidemic situation, our after-sales personnel were unable to go abroad to install and debug for customers, which caused inconvenience to many customers. Now that the epidemic situation has improved, our after-sales engineers have begun to provide door-to-door service for foreign customers.
